Dr. Nichole S. Edwards is a physical therapist and co/owner of Douglasville Children’s Therapy Services and Associates. She received her Master's degree in physical therapy from Andrews University in 1998.  In 2013 she went on to pursue her doctorate degree in physical therapy at the College of St. Scholastica where her emphasis was childhood obesity. As a pediatric physical therapist, Dr. Edwards feels privileged to play a role in improving/restoring function that can impact a child’s potential for life.  She has provided services for children with a variety of neurological, genetic and movement disorders, including cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, developmental delay, prematurity, torticollis, and autism spectrum disorder. She has worked with children and adults in a variety of settings including early intervention, acute care, outpatient, and rehabilitation. Dr. Edwards has the privilege of being a clinical instructor for multiple schools in the area.  She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). Dr. Edwards is originally from Toronto, Ontario. She enjoys spending time with family, being involved in church and has a love for travel.
